Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Linky Posts, a product operated by TV Posts, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“we,” “us,” or “our”), available at linkyposts.com and app.linkyposts.com (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use Linky Posts. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at joe@linkyposts.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Use of LinkedIn Integrations

Linky Posts integrates with LinkedIn through LinkedIn’s public APIs under LinkedIn’s Marketing API Terms. By connecting your LinkedIn account, you authorize Linky Posts to:

  • Read your LinkedIn profile information for display in the app
  • Publish posts to your personal LinkedIn profile when you schedule them
  • Publish posts to LinkedIn Company Pages you administer, but only when you explicitly select that page as the destination for a specific post
  • Read post analytics metrics for posts you publish through Linky Posts

You may disconnect your LinkedIn account at any time from your Settings page. Doing so immediately deletes all stored LinkedIn tokens and personal data.

Your use of LinkedIn through Linky Posts is also subject to the LinkedIn User Agreement and LinkedIn Professional Community Policies.

4. Content Ownership and Responsibility

You retain all ownership rights to the content you create through Linky Posts, including posts, drafts, and images. You grant TV Posts, Inc. a limited license to store, process, and transmit your content solely to operate the Service on your behalf.

You are solely responsible for the content you publish through Linky Posts. You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any law, regulation, or third-party rights
  • Post spam, misleading, defamatory, harassing, or hateful content
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Distribute malware or attempt to compromise the Service
  • Violate LinkedIn’s User Agreement or Professional Community Policies

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

5. AI-Generated Content

Linky Posts uses third-party AI models to assist with content drafting. AI-generated drafts are suggestions only — you review, edit, and approve every post before it is scheduled or published. You are responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of all content you publish, including any AI-assisted drafts you choose to use.

6. Subscriptions and Billing

Some features of Linky Posts require a paid subscription or credit purchase. Billing is handled by Stripe. By purchasing a subscription or credits, you agree to Stripe’s Terms of Service. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your Settings page; access continues through the end of the current billing period. Credit purchases are non-refundable except where required by law.

7. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unavailability of the Service or from LinkedIn API changes outside our control.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TV Posts, Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or for any other reason in our sole discretion. Upon termination, we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or via an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
